Indian standard certified - Organic Cotton
Organic Cotton SCSPL is involved in organic production and its trading since 2016 enthusiastically to emerged as a whole supporter of organic farming in the country. We have qualified and experienced field staff for the support and encouragement of farmers in organic farming. Our products involved are Cotton, Paddy, Wheat, Soybean and Green gram.
Our products and on farm practices are certified as per globally accredited certification bodies for
standards such as NPOP and USDA-NOP. We have GOTS certification for ginning unit from
INTERTEK and organic certification for our Trading unit from Control Union.
Sustainable standard: NICE Cotton
SCSPL is follower of No Irrigation Cultivated Ethically Cotton (NICE Cotton). The sustainability
standard is certified by CU. Along with the Organic certification, through NICE cotton we are encouraging the sustainable farming
by optimum water management. Our farmers are engaged in farming with minimal use of water for
irrigation, optimum drainage facilities, minimum dependence on external sources for water and water conservation practices, so on.
Sustainable standard: Regenagri
Regenerative agriculture is the future and need of the today’s generation. Bringing this aspect forward, we have certified by Control Union for Regenagri standard. The production practices of our farmers are in line with the support of regenerative agriculture. Right from the production on farms to the management of the farms, our practices are for the support of sustainability of our mother earth.
BCI Cotton
We are engaged as a promoter and followers of sustainable agriculture. We are engaged in Better Cotton Initiative i.e. BCI as a sustainable approach in our production system. We have cotton production complying 07 major principles of BCI. The main motto of our BCI production is to benefit farmers, their communities and environment.
